All bookings are for private travel. Avoid waste time and queues, go straight to your destination
We use an algorithm to calculate the maximum car capacity. The maximum total size for bag is 158cm (height + width + depth), for golf club 192cm (height + width + depth), for Bicycle 224 (height + width + depth), for animal cage 110 (height + width + depth) . If you have any special bag contact contact us. If you do not contact us, and it's not enough capacity, you may be required to pay for another vehicle
We have 2 cars category with different prices. 1-4 pax, until 4 passengers by car and 1-7 pax, until 7 passengers by car allowed. Kids and babies counts as passengers
Yes, both cars category are handicapped car with 1 wheelchair capacity. It's necessary request one at book time
Please tell us at booking time in comments field. Write the age and number of booster or baby seat you need. Remeber that baby seats and boosters are free but it's necessary to book them before traveling
Don't worry. We will check real drop-off time and we'll be waiting you until 1 hour after flight landed. For any unexpected problem you can contact with the driver
ON ARRIVAL
If it's an arrival, at the door of your chosen direction. If it's a departure at airport terminal
We suggest you to leave the hotel/private village three hours before flight departure. Travel from Alcudia to Airport usually takes 50 minutes. Flight companies usually recommend to be at airport 2 hours before flight departure
The taxi driver will be in meeting point, gate C, door number 4. The driver will be waiting you with a board with the book name
Yes we will be punctual, usually we'll arrive 5 minutes before booking time. However sometimes there are traffic jams that difficult to us (or anyone) to arrive just on time. If arise any circumstance we'll call you

Yes, we work only with offical taxis authorized by Mallorca Government. All our cars have obligatory ensurance and are driven by professional taxi drivers
Yes, you can contact us until 12 hours before, via email or via WhatsApp to modify any data of your booking
Contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone to check if it's in the car
Contact us via mail or WhastApp and we'll answer you as soon as possible
Yes, you can cancel or modify booking until 12 hours before travel. We reserve the right to claim a sum of money as a penalty if the customer do not notify a cancellation
